Sports Massage Therapist

I am a Level 4 Sports Massage Therapist with a background in sports science and musculoskeletal rehabilitation. I graduated from King's College London in 2025 with a BSc in Sports and Exercise Science before completing my MSc in Physical Therapy in Musculoskeletal Healthcare and Rehabilitation at University College London. During my post graduated studies, I gained experience working with a variety of musculoskeletal conditions and completed a research project working with athletes with ACL injuries and facilitating their return to sport. I also hold a qualification in sports taping.

I have a particular interest in rehabilitation and exercise-based recovery and I am passionate about helping people return to the activities they enjoy.  My approach combines my academic knowledge with a range of manual techniques to help manage pain and improve movement. I can also offer sports taping to support individuals during sport, training or other activities.
